Built for Columbus. Designed for the Nation.

Our House isn't just a database; it's a launchpad. We digitized the entire shelter ecosystem to ensure every minute saved on paperwork is a minute spent on people.

Automated Compliance

Reimbursement reporting happens in the background. Intake forms and bed tracking automatically generate the immutable data required for HUD and state funding.

Resident Autonomy

Residents get their own secure portal. They can manage their check-ins, view career opportunities, and track their own path to independence.

Staff Development

Invest in your team with integrated training modules. From de-escalation protocols to career growth tracking, ensure your staff is supported and certified.

Federal HUD Integration Ready

The Blueprint for a National Standard.

We are building the foundation for HUD's next-generation universal system. Grant authenticated federal and state systems continuous, tokenized access to immutable data—eliminating the compliance bottleneck.

Tokenized Federal Compliance

Instead of relying on fragmented, month-end spreadsheet reporting, federal agencies are issued secure, zero-trust API tokens. They securely pull anonymized compliance metrics they need, exactly when they need them.

Immutable Audit Trails

Every bed check-in, safety incident, and meal served is logged immutably. The data cannot be altered retroactively, guaranteeing 100% truth to federal HUD officials and state auditors without manual oversight.

Universal Ingestion Pipeline

Designed to be the translation layer between local HMIS and federal databases. The Our House API standardizes disparate data formats into a clean, modern JSON pipeline ready for national scale.

Building the Universal Standard

Founded in Columbus, Ohio, "Our House" began with a simple observation: Shelter staff were spending more time on compliance paperwork than they were on human connection.

We believe that the friction between social organizations and government funding is largely a data problem. Governments need accountability; shelters need resources. Our platform provides the transparent pipeline that satisfies both parties, creating a "Smart City" approach to homelessness that we believe should be the national standard.

The Federal Vision

Our ultimate goal is to partner with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to scale this framework nationally. By funding the Our House API architecture, HUD can eliminate the massive administrative overhead that plagues local shelters, ensuring federal dollars go directly to resident care rather than data entry.
